Generic name – Tadalafil

Cialis with its base generic Tadalafil is commonly used for erectile dysfunction (also know as ED, impotence, or general inability to get or keep a sufficient erection).

Also Cialis is being prescribed for enlarged prostate (prostatic hyperplasia – BPH).

Generally Cialis treats erectile dysfunction with blood flow increase to the penis. With this increased blood flow erection appears. Also as lung blood vessels are actively being relaxed by Cialis, overall blood flow and breathing capacity with cardio related activity is increased.

Cialis dosage and usage:

Cialis is in a form of tablets of 20 mg. First time users should try dosage of 10 mg (half tablet) as it can be sufficient. It can be taken with or without food.

Use Cialis when needed, approximately at least 30 minutes before sexual activity and do not use more then one tablet once every 24 – 36 hours.
